This place is FAR to quiet for a mod that's obviously trying to get some people interested with some of the SP plot details. *cough*cypher@EAforums*cough*

So I'ma aks some questions.  You modders super coders la extraordinaire don't have to answer them of course, but if anything it's a new thread for people to ask shit.  That's if there are any...  People are here checking out or trying to fix wiisis, so why not get something going here so they can check out D6 too?!  Anyhow...

1)  What, where, why, when and who is Dead 6 (D6)?

2)  WHAT?!  Isn't this a mod for Renegade?  Or Source?  Or Farcry?  Or UT5?  Or PeMOD 10"?  What happened to Divine Interventions?

3)  So, the D6 is a mod based on C&C...  What is C&C, and in which period of C&C is it based?  So far C&C has been spread over almost 100 years!

4)  Wait!  EA recently "re-wrote" the Westwood story and made Red Alert a completely seperate series (among other things...), does this mean you're now changing your storyline to reflect this, or will D6 still link C&C to RA?

5)  Do you plan to explain why "Havoc" has statues of himself in more than one major city in the future.  He must have stopped something REALLY bad.  SERIOUS.  Or maybe he killed a lot of "terrorists"?

6)  What do you guys like to drink?  Personally I like a good rum, or a bourbon.  <3 JD.

1. Kind of a multi-part question here.   What: A Total Conversion mod based around The Dead Six in the Command and Conquor Universe, Where: The theater of war is global, Why: to "quietly" take care of some of those pesky terrorists and funky factional groups (like Nod), Who: The Dead Six is an elite team of 6 operatives working for GDI

2. This is a mod for Crysis, i.e. Command & Crysis: The Dead Six.  We had done a lot of engine movements, with the first planned session being Renegade, then Source, then FarCry (C&C FarCry was a prototype) while awaiting Crysis (CryEngine 2).  We are finally at home, and working hard to get the mod built.

3. Command & Conquor is a universe that consists of two factions at war with eachother until the latest edition of the third alien faction.  The Dead Six will take place during the start of the first tiberium war (Tiberium Dawn).

4. The story issues are not going to effect us.

5. That is a funny thing we also saw in C&C 3, we haven't responded to this as of yet.

6. I am a Jack & Coke guy myself, but I do like an occasional White Zenfandel.

1, 2, 3...  I knew them all myself already.  4 means you're ignoring the EA re-write or stories, because you were to explain how GDI got Soviet mammoth tank plans, amongst other things (Hoping for secret chrono-tech that goes MEGABADS!!!)
5 was just randoms.  6 was the most important.  As previously stated, <3 JD.  Also hate calling a Zinfandel(sp?) white purely because I've never seen a red, only rose.
