For some reason I just can't get used to the way you turn in wiisis. I would rather be able to move the pointer left and right to turn rather then turn then twist the remote. Is there anyway to switch between twisting for turning and pointing left and right for turning?

If you have a sensor bar, you can use it and turn by pointing left and right. Look in the Wiisis manual (Help folder where you installed the mod at) under the Configuration section. You'll want to follow the instructions there, and set "UseIRSensor" in the Options section to "1".
