3rd person camera using with Wiisis?

Hi guys, first of all thank you for what you did, play Crysis with the Wii controllers! genius!!!!

I would like to using the Wii controllers for my mod, I'm working on it right now ( long road ahead ), but I wanted to ask you one thing:

Is possible to switch to a third person camera in Crysis? I mean I know that now you can't, but there is a way to change it through modify the actual game?

Probably ( for sure I think ) is something about programming, and actually I just know something about programming with XNA.

Basically I'm a 3d modeler ( XSI and Zbrush ) and I wanted to do a mod that will have this feature, even because it will be an action game .

If you have any information or some suggestion please reply.

Once again, cool playing with Wiisis!!!!!

Edit: Sorry guys, could you move this post inside "Ask your question"? I just saw it now :(

Nah, making this its own topic is better as it isn't a question regarding the mod, but modding Crysis in general. :)

You should register at http://www.crymod.com which is the official portal for Crysis modding (ran by Crytek). There's a lot of modders there and a friendly place to give/seek help.

To answer your question, it's possible and a lot of people are working on the same thing (3rd person camera). If you run the game in Devmode or in the Sandbox editor, you can switch to a 3rd person cam by pressing the F1 key.

Third person camera is built in to Crysis, you just have to enable it in source. Since Wiisis is open source, you can just modify the source in the manner they indicate here: http://www.crymod.com/thread.php?threadid=22882
