It is available for all people which had created an fileplanet US account.

The only thing is that you can't play online, because you don't get a cd-key, and there are adds in the game menu and on the loading screens.

I think there are people who have already done that. Someone posted a link in IRC but i'm not sure where it's at. I have yet to install it because you can't play online...
