INSTALLATION:

To install this mod place the "Scripts5.pak" file into your
"FCData" Folder,
E.G: C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Crytek\Far Cry\FCData\

Information:
This mod makes all of the the weapons twice as strong and
Makes any shot to the head an instant kill.

It also includes Renevo Ssm V0.5d mod, the readme for this
part of the mod is at the bottom of the page.

What’s New With 0.6 Beta:
Well what is new are some small minor glitches and now the
mod includes a copy of Renevo Ssm V0.5d insted of
Renevo Ssm V0.5c. The notes on that can be read below.

Whats New With 0.5b Beta:

Bug Fixes:
*In Assault you could not capture the flags, fixed now.
*In Assailt vehicles couldn't be destroyed, Fixed.

Whats New With 0.5 Beta:

Bug Fixes:

*For some reason the explotions were not working on the v0.3 or
0.4 so I have set them to do 500 damage (Instant kill if you are
within the radius of the explosion)
*Run speed bug where you would not move at all, now the
multiplyer is working fine on it.
*On some computers the boat would not do any damage if you ran
someone over with it, that is fixed now.

Whats New With 0.4 Beta:
You can now change the multiplyer on the run speed. So if you
want someone to run twice as fast then you make the multiplyer
set to "2." If you want them you run half as fast you would set
it to ".5" Check it out in the veriables.txt or the exampleCFG.txt

Whats New With 0.3 Beta:
With the new version you can edit he damage each weapon does with
commands in the cfg files that you run. So that it is easiar. You
can also do some other veriables as well. There is a list of the
veriable that you can use in the zip that you just downloaded.

There is also a example CFG file so that you dont have to enter
all of the info by hand it is all ready for you.

By defalt the veriables are set to that of v0.2 Beta of my mod.

Whats New With 0.2 Beta:
Now the vehicles are harder to destroy, they are still easier then
they were with the stock game but not as easy as v 0.1. The guns
have been slightly tweeked to realism specks.

Service Release:
Fixed the "lost soul" when player was kicked for high ping.

Bug Fixes:
Code Optimizations throughout.

Additions:
gr_Allow_AssaultUserModels [0/1]
 Allow user MP models in Assault mode, just like in FFA & TDM (example, you will see Crowe in Assault Mode)
gr_Disable_SniperRL [0/1]
 Disables Rocket Launchers on the Sniper Class in Assault.
gr_Enable_HighPingKick [0/1]
 Kick players on spawn for a ping higher then gr_MaxPing
gr_MaxPing [#]
 Setting for HighPingKick max allowed ping.

Beta Additions:
gr_output_results [0/1]
 outputs an end of game results file (like what prints on the screen) to your root farcry directory (./results(n).txt).

RenEvo FarCry SSM v0.5b

Bug Fixes:
gr_allow_* not working properly in Assault
gr_team_balance not working properly in Assault


Additions:
gr_motd <motd>
 will display an admin set MOTD when player connects (chat like, supports colors).
gr_oicwgrenade_damage %
 applies damage modifier to OICW Grenade (secondary fire). same as rocket_damage.
gr_NextMode <mode>
 sets the mode of the next map in the map list.  This is useful for future modifications.

Now messages players on Join what version of SSM they are connecting to:
 (example "This server is running RenEvo SSM v0.5b")

gr_output_logfile was improperly logging kills in FFA (said team kill): fixed

RenEvo FarCry SSM v0.5
What is it?
This is a serverside ONLY mod that allows extended useful options for server administrators.

How does it work?
You simply put the scripts3.pak into your FCData folder, and then open your profile and add some of the below custom settings to enable the features.

Will this cause any type of version mismatch with the client?
No, because only server items are modified, the game version retains its core version.

Will punkbuster go wacky and kick people who aren't setup with this?Idea
No, punkbuster only checks certain cvar settings, and the mod uses ALL new settings, so there are no conflicts.

IdeaWhat is a good setting to help with Rocket Launcher Damage?

Is there a development server where i can check out the mod?
Currently \connect farcry1.renevo.com is running the in-development version of this mod.

Will this be the only version?
No, currently there are many more community requested features being implemented into a future release.


Version 0.5 will have the following support.

1. Scripts3.pak name, so it will load after currently updated scripts (rename for compatibility, remove for uninstall).

2. Custom Settings:
 gr_allow_teamswitch  [0/1] 1 = default
 gr_allow_redjoin  [0/1] 1 = default
 gr_allow_bluejoin  [0/1] 1 = default
 gr_rocket_damage  [%]   100 = default
 gr_team_balance  [0/1] 1 = default
 gr_output_logfile  [0/1] 0 = default, file = log_file.txt [DUMPTODISK]
 gr_allow_voting  [0/1] 1 = default

Notes:
gr_output_logfile is used, and can be used as a basic irc relay bot, if you setup a mIRC instance to read the logfile line by line, the file access is shared on the file.
Some of the events that are currently logged are:
 Player connect
 Player Kills/Deaths
 Player team join
 Player team switch
 Player Votes
 Player Kicks
 Map change
 Map loaded
More Items to get logged in future releases.
